- Chad's P.O.V. -
Sonny and I had been dating for 6 months 3 weeks 2 days 1 hour and 23 minutes. I couldn't believe my parents had heard me talk about her a million times. Like are late mushy good night talks or our early wake up calls. This was my longest relationship ever so I was no surprise when my mom asked me to invite Sonny for dinner. I don't know I just felt embarrassed to invite Sonny for dinner. I had been over to Sonny's mom apartment so many times I even knew were everything. So why was it so hard for me to invite her for a simple dinner at my house? Then memories came to me-
Flashback begins- Chad's date coming over and his mom scaring her with weird questions like where did her parents work and if they were high class or medium? Also his dad would say things like my son must marry a rich girl. - Flashback over
Now I knew why I was so scared to ask to Sonny's to dinner. I could just imagine my mom asking Sonny where her parents work and Sonny would say her dad was a farmer. My mom would say she is no girl for me and my dad would scary her away. I would never see Sonny again if she went to dinner. What should I do?
