Lucy was flaring in her room. How dare Loki flirt with other girls? Loki was hers and only hers! She hated it when she saw him with other girls at the bars, or at the park. One night, she was following Loki to see what he was up to! Well, what did she find out? Loki with tons of other girls on his arm. That playboy! She'd berate him later on, Lucy thought.
Lucy wasn't very happy that night once she found out about Loki's romantic escapades. After he's done with the girls, she summoned him in her room and had a talk with him:
"Well, well, you have some explaining to do, Loki, you're my Spirit! You belong to me, and you answer only to me, understand?" She was trying to hide and mask her jealousy. But she couldn't anymore, so she scolded Loki for flirting with other girls.
"Master, I wasn't aware we were going out together, Mistress! I am your Spirit, yes, but I'm also free to date whoever I want! Retorted Leo the Lion Spirit.
"You, how could you? Do you not know how I feel for you? And all those times you confessed your undying love to me, was it to make of me, to humiliate me? Lucy asked without much consideration for her Spirit's feelings.
Oh boy, thought Loki, what I am going to do to get myself out of this mess? Loki had to improvise something.
"Look, Lucy, I am sorry, but we are not in a relationship, so I can't do much for you!" Loki did have feelings for Lucy, he was just playing with her for a bit, baiting her reactions for fun. He knew he was cruel to her by doing that, but he wanted to be sure that she too, reciprocated and returned his feelings for her.
"Loki, can't you see? I love you, and I want to be yours and only yours! answered Lucy. Now, Loki felt awful for doing this to her. He was going to tell her the truth about what he felt for her and tell her why he was flirting with other girls.
"Oh, my Dear Mistress, thank you for saying it, thank you for returning my feelings for you! I was such a coward, I was scared, you see, that you might not feel the same for me, so I flirted with other girls just to see how you'd react. I wanted proof that you loved me back too! I'm sorry for having done this to you, forgive me?" Loki said pleadingly.
How could she say no to him, when he was talking sweetly to her like that? She thought about making it harder for him, but decided against it. No, I'm going to forgive him and start over with him.
"Yes, I forgive you, but if I see you flirt with any other girl one more time, I'm never going to trust you and your lies again!" Lucy threatened.
"I promise, Mistress, that I would never even look at another girl, now that I'm with you!
