"Hey, Harry and Hermione, will you come here for a minute?" Mr. Weasley's voice was anxious. Curiously, the two teenagers followed Mr. Weasley outside to the chicken coup. "I found this Muggle device, but I can't figure out what it is. I think it's called a felivision…"
Hermione started to laugh. "Mr. Weasley, this is a television. It's a form of entertainment for Muggles. But it needs electricity!"
Mr. Weasley grinned. "Magic works just as well as electricity!" With a wave of his wand, the television started beeping and static appeared on the screen.
"Here, Mr. Weasley, let me help you," Harry grinned. After turning a few knobs and moving the antennae, the TV started to work.
Look at this stuff, isn't it neat? Wouldn't you think my collection' complete?"
"Wow! Muggles have thought of everything! This fish-girl is practically singing to me!" Mr. Weasley was ecstatic.
"We'll just…leave you to it, Mr. Weasley," Harry muttered. Rolling his eyes at Hermione, he left the chicken coup. Tendrils of song followed them out.
I've got gadgets and gizmos aplenty. I've got who-sits and what-sits galore. You want thingamabobs? I've got 20. But who cares? No big deal. I want more…
That night, at dinner, Mrs. Weasley looked at her husband suspiciously. "What have you been up to all day in the chicken coup, Arthur?"
"Nothing, Molly, dear," Mr. Weasley answered meekly. He started to clear the table, singing under his breath.
Ready to know what the people know. Ask them my questions and get some answers.
Harry and Hermione laughed as Mr. Weasley continued to wonder at the similarities between himself and the Little Mermaid.
