Im starting a new series of stories based on the true relationships between our beloved furry friends when they are off camera. What do they truly feel for each other? Is it all as it seems in the games, tv shows and comics? Or is it something far more deluded than it appears? This series will hopefully shine some light on these questions. Any suggestions are welcome in the reviews. We kick off this brand spanking new tale with the highly misconstrued relationship between a certain black and red hedgehog and a certain white bat.

It was a pleasant day on Angel Island. Knuckles and Julie-sue were just chilling when Sonic decided to pay them a visit. He brought a bag of chili dogs for some lunch for him and the echidna couple. With some chili dogs, some laughs and no one trying to steal the master emerald, today had promise as a good day. Unfortunately life tends to bite you in the ass when u least expect it.

They were paid a visit not to long after by infamous Scourge the hedgehog, his squeeze Fiona Fox and expert treasure hunter Rouge the bat. "Well well well, if it isn't Hyper McBlueturds himself" Scourge mused. "You picked a bad day to get in our way" Fiona added. They all readied for battle as Sonic said "Is that so? Well as a matter of fact I was looking forward to poundin' on some punks today". With that every one charged. Blue and Green blurs racing across the shrine, Julie-sue taking on Fiona as the echidna was left for Rouge.

"Well red boy today's the day i take what I've craved for so long" She said. "Not on my watch Rouge" Knuckles retorted. "But you don't have a watch" His eyes widened at this realization. Then he dropped to the ground and began to sulk, mumbling in failure. "Well that was easy" She said and began to advance to the master emerald. "At last, after all these years its finally mine! Now im just gonna reach for it real slowly and hope no one interrupts me" she proudly proclaims. She then extends her hand slowly. "Aaaaalllllmmmoooosssst" "ROUGE THE BAT!!!" every one stopped what they were doing and looked over to see that voice was none other then Shadow the Hedgehog.

Rouge then blushed angrily Shadow gave her a bad look

"Shadow what are you doing here?"

"What am i doing here!? You were supposed to be at G.U.N. H.Q. TEN HOURS AGO!!!"

"Will you quiet down!? Your embarrassing me!"

"Well your getting down from there and coming with me!"

"Will you butt out!"

"Dont you DARE using that tone of voice with me young Lady."

"You aren't the boss of me!"

"The hell im not!"

"Its a free country"

"Well you live under my roof, under my rules!"

"Screw you and you're rules"

"THAT'S IT!!! Im giving you till the count of three to get down from there!"

"One..."

"Two..."

"Two and a halve"

Rouge still wouldn't budge

"If I get to three I'll have G.U.N. put you under house arrest for a month AND I'll have your jewels taken away!"

"YOU WOULDN'T!!!"

Shadow just tapped his foot with a stern look on his face. Rouge, defeated then began to dragged her feet down the altar, a little too slow for Shadows taste.

"That's It! THREE!"

"What! I was Coming!"

"No you weren't"

She then marched down and in his face screamed "I HATE YOU!!!"

"Well if you just did what you were told, this wouldn't happen"

"This is so unfair!"

"Just wait till I tell Omega"

"Oh COME ON!!!"

Then the two walked away leaving the rest in the area totally confused and forgeting what they were just doing.
