"Mr. Tubman", a hoarse voice called out monotonely," wake up." "Huh? Oh sorry teach I was up all night last night..." Hunter called out while half yawning. "U-umm, are y-you ok H-Hunter?" Alice said gingerly while having a small flush of pink on her cheeks. "Hmmm? Oh, yeah I'm fine it's just that I went to visit my sister yesterday and she kept teasing me about y-", the spiky haired brunette wandered off as he fell asleep again. He must be pretty tired...Alice thought to herself. 1 HOUR LATER "Okay students have a great lunch and rest of the day." the tall and husky teacher said aloud. "Hey Alice wanna eat lunch together today or are you busy?" Hunter asked nervously while shaking. "S-s-s-s-s-sure H-H-Hunter.", the smaller brunette said with the shakiness in her voice very noticeable. A small group of five girls with enough make-up on that someone could walk by and call them one of the Bratz were pointing and laughing at the two students that just walked out of their math class. Filled with frustration Hunter starts to walk over to the group of hoochies until he felt a small, shaky tug on his scarlet scarf. Looking down he saw Alice with her face turning redder and redder by the second and nervously holding the scarf close to her. Sighing off to the side the frustrated highschooler gently patted Alice's head. AFTER LUNCH "Hey Alice." Hunter said while turning his head towards the smaller student. "Y-y-yes H-Hunter?" Alice asked before looking into the eyes of the other student. "W-why'd you stop me from talking t-to those girls?" Hunter asked face as red as a tomato. "I-I stopped y-y-y-you b-because we w-were going t-to eat l-lunch together…" The small brunette said as her blush grew deeper and tears began coming to her eyes. Hunter looked at her…. Dammit I can't stand seeing her crying like this… While keeping his eyes locked with hers he leaned down and brushed his lips on hers. Shocked by this act more tears came to Alice's eyes as she kissed him back, but with more force. As their lips clashed together Hunter enveloped Alice in a compassionate, warm embrace. After their third kiss their lips broke apart gasping for air as they basked in their warm embrace. After a couple more of the longest minutes of their lives both of them began walking back to their class while sharing the taller one's scarf and holding hands, both of them speechless.
