A/N: Written for 's 100Words Drabble Challenge with the prompt 'letters'.
An alphabet is nothing without letters, and letters are nothing without words, and one can get very lost in words.
When her mother was teaching Rose her ABC's, she forgot to mention how much trouble a misplaced word could cause. Three had only been three extra letters that she had missed, and now Rose was sitting in detention, making new labels for potions ingredients when the old ones had started to grow mould and peel away.
She hadn't meant to make hers and five cauldrons around her explode.
"Do not heat cauldron before adding Calming Solution."
Well, dammit.
