Was watching the bill on watch the other day, the one were Emma dies :'( sad times. i thought I'd write a story for her and Callum because i think they should have been given a chance. In this story Emma never died but she did get blown up but never died...
As Callum returned back to the nick, after going to the hospital with Emma then had been told by Heaton to go all he could think about was what she has said. "You're not that man i thought you were" it kept going over and over in his mind. He had to go back and see her, as he opened his locker a letter fell out.

Have you ever been in love? Horrible isn't it? It makes you so vulnerable. It open yours chest and it open your heart and it mean that someone can get inside you and mess you up. You build up all these defence, you build a whole suit of armour, so that nothing can hurt you, then one stupid person, no different from another stupid person, wonders into your stupid life...You give them a piece of you. They didn't ask for it, they did something dumb one day like kiss you or smile at you, then your life isn't yours any more. Love takes hostage. It gets inside you. Its eat you out and leave you crying in the darkness, so simple a phrase like 'maybe we should be just friends' turn into a glass splinter and working its way into your heart. It Hurts. Not just the imagination. Not just in the mind. It's a soul-hurt, a real-gets-inside-you-and-rips-you-apart-pain. I hate love
But if the person doesn't know how you feel it, it can't happen...right
