Here you go... I swear I haven't forgotten about Love Letter To Canada.
Enjoy :)
He puts his hands around her waist, smiles when both lean in simultaneously and finally press their lips on each others.
It's perfect, it's one of those moments in which you wish the world would just stop moving right here and then, so you can capture this moment for a lifetime.
But sadly that is not how nature works and so Beck wakes up. Still somewhat caught in his dream he fumbles around but the space next to him is empty.
He is about to stand up and look for Jade when it sinks in that she will never be in his RV anymore. Actually never be near him anymore. That this was just a dream and will never be more than that again.
Never...
The word keeps rolling around in his head, producing an incredible emptiness. He can't take it, he really can't but there's nothing to make it better.
Crying helps but he can't. He just can't.
And Beck knows that it's in the middle of the night, but he opens the door anyway and walks outside to pick up a dead flower from the compost (because they were her favourite) and runs all the way to her new home.
Standing there he sinks down onto his knees and puts the flowers in his trembling hands down on the cold ground in front of the grey stone her name is engraved in.
He touches the ground she is buried under. Everybody tells him to stay strong but he can't. He just can't.
He is laying there on the ground in a sourrounded by cold stones and crosses, touching the hard dirt that divides him and her.
And that is the moment he finally cracks.
He is laying in the cold, but he has never felt so comforted since that day when…
Because he is with her again and despite his rational mind, he knows she's around him and will be…
Forever.
much love, sammy103
