"Santana, you do realize that were going to be on opposite sides of the country?" I snap my eyes open only to be meant with vibrant blue ones. "I'm fully aware of that Britt, and as I said before… We're bestfriends, we have that forever and ever kind of thing going on. We have since the age of 5." I lean into her nuzzling my nose in the crook of her neck, placing a light peck on her collar bone. We're laying on her bed, a tangle of limbs, if it wasn't for our skin tones you wouldn't be able to tell us apart.
"To think tomorrow they'll be 2,941.7 miles between us. You at Stanford and me at Julliard. Promise me you won't forget me, promise me Santana.. Please." She tightens her hold on my waist pulling me closer to her. "I promise .." I whisper … "You and me Britt, nobody else. I promise."
