Manny bit his tongue, with nervousness, and went in to Kelly's. Ever since the Valentine Day party, he has had some feelings for Kelly. The tools knew this and didn't come; they were writing a jingle for their shop. (Manny did not know this. They thought they could surprise him.) Manny walked in, but Kelly was busy with a costumer, so he looked at some paint. He wanted to repaint the shop.
"Hi Manny", said Kelly as she sneaked up behind him. "What can I do for you."
"Oh, hi Kelly", answered Manny as he jumped a bit. "I am looking some paint for the shop. I'm thinking of a nice green."
"Well here is some paint" Kelly said, as she stared in to his brown eyes for a second.
"Oh thanks. Hey I was wondering…" said Manny, "If you would like to go, to the dance with me"
"Yes", she said without hesitation.
"Great" he answered all happily.
As he was walking back to the shop, everything went perfectly. actually asked for Manny's help. Witch he never does, he always acts like he can do everything. I liked it. My nephew Chico even learned how to build a stick dog house. Could this day get even better?
Pat and stretch were on a team, playing relay race, Dusty and Squeeze on a team, Philippe and Turner, Rusty and Flicker. As they were hoping Stretch yelled.
"Pat watch out", yelled Stretch. Pat was heading straight toward the wall.
Manny stopped him though, the tools didn't ask how it went, for they could tell by the smile on Manny's face.
