This is just a short fic to calm my anger on my sister's laptop and how stupid it is that it doesn't connect to the usual unsecured network. FFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUU—
Ahem. Prompt: Connecting the Internet.
Connecting the internet.
Sometimes when I try connecting to my regular network, and I can't, I literally insult my computer and call it a motherfucker. Yes, I become that pissed.
The bushy brunette listened to "Back to Black" by Amy Winehouse on her iPod as she clicked at something on her screen and covered her face with her hands. She slightly removed a couple fingers from her eyes and frowned.
"Crap," she quietly cursed at her computer. She clicked the screen and repeated the same process she went through.
"Crap," she cursed a tad louder, earning a small concerned look from the person reading next to her. She was at the library, because she usually connected to Nuvema's Public Library network because it was free, fast, and unsecured. But today just wasn't her day.
Touko repeated the same process many times, each time cursing the same word louder than before, until she yelled out loud "crap" and got hushed by the librarian woman.
Touko frowned and sank in her seat. She took a frustrated sip from her frappe and sat with her arms crossed at her computer, frowning deep.
"Mother of god," she said under her breath. Then the young man sitting two tables to her left stood up and towered over her.
"Internet troubles again?" Touko didn't need to budge to know that the young man was Cheren, hanging out regularly at the library.
"Yes. This laptop won't motherfucking connect to the network," the petite trainer pouted.
Her guy friend sighed and took a chair next to her. He typed something on the laptop, clicked several buttons, and stood up from where he sat.
"There it's done." And he left back to his table. Sinking back to his warm chair, he opened the book and murmured to himself.
"I can't believe I gave up the last paragraph for this."
So yeah, that's how I now feel. I feel so frustrated from trying endlessly to connect to this crappy network. It sucks.
Review? I'm sorry if this was too short, but it was meant to be short.
