Draco gets a girlfriend

Draco walked into the Great Hall Muttering to himself about how bad he thinks Hogwarts really is, no longer being with his crew of body guards Crab and Goyal. Jane saw this and even though she knew that Harry, Ron, and Hermione hate Draco, she was in love with him. Jane couldn't stop starring at him, not even when he sat down at the Slytherin table. Jane assuming that Draco would stay longer, she was wrong, he only stayed for a mere minute, before getting up and leaving muttering about something else now.

Jane looked at Hermione who seemed to be looking angrily at Ron, more like glaring at him. Jane then looked at Ron who seemed to be stuffing his face with food, to Jane she was used to it, Ron was always stuffing food in his face. When Jane looked at Harry, he seemed to be looking at her. It freaked her out a little bit, but then smiled at him.

"Jane why Draco?" was all Harry could say to her, he didn't want to be rude, he likes her to the point that he wouldn't want to lose her as a friend.

"I just think that he is adorable. And besides maybe he won't be so mean he had someone to love him or if he loved someone."

"I'm gonna be honest Jane, I don't think that Draco even has a heart."

"He must Harry, if not then he wouldn't be alive."

And that was all she said before leaving the Gryffindor table to go find Draco. After looking all over for him Jane found Draco in the Transfigurations court yard sitting. She calmly walked up to him and just sat next to him without even asking if it was okay.

Draco looked at Jane and gave a small snarl that he was hoping she would hear. But Jane just gave a smile.

"Draco, I am not afraid of you. I think that you just need to be loved."

"Okay freak."

Jane doesn't even notice that he called her a freak she simply ignores it and says, "I'm sorry, my name is Jane."

"I know who you are, you hang out with Potter." Draco said while getting up, Jane got up as well and before Draco even got two inches away, she said, "I know you wouldn't be so mean if you let someone love you."

Draco turned and looked at her, "And you believe it should be you. Is that it Jane?"

"Yes. I do."

Draco thought for a moment, wondering what it would be like to have someone to care about, but then he thought if he dated her, would he have to be nice to potter?

"Do I need to be nice to potter if we get together?"

"Well, I don't mind when he isn't around and when I am not around, but Harry and Hermione, and Ron are my friends and I would like if you were if you see him and your with me."

He again started to think, then realized that he could handle it, he could handle being nice to Potter and friends when Jane was with him.

"Alright, why not, let's give it go."

"Yeah, awesome." Jane smiled and when she knew that Draco was out of sight she bounced around for a moment, then ran to go find Harry to tell him what happened.
