Nico
After Reyna's speech, everybody cheered. Both Greeks and Romans, were high fiving, and doing chest bumps. Nico watched as the Hephaestus cabin met up with the Vulcan cabin and started talking about gears and wires. The Aphrodite and the Venus cabin were talking about makeup and such. Nico felt great to be at camp. He had decided that this was his home and he would stay. Reyna came up to him and said "Hey you know, it would be really nice to have you around Nico.". Nico saw some sort of glint in her eyes that he saw in Annabeth we she talked to Percy. Just thinking about Percy and Annabeth made Nico sad but he had to put that behind him, and he knew it. His dads words rang in his head from their previous encounter. "Maybe it's time to forget that Jackson boy and find someone new." his dad had told him. "Really? Why would you want me around?" asked Nico. "Because I personally think that you are a great friend and a great person to have around. I would be quite happy to spend time with you.". Nico was awestruck. No one had said something like that to him. That was enough to make him happy, knowing that he had a friend that cared and watched his back. "So, what now?" Nico said. "Why don't we go take a walk on the beach?" Reyna suggested. "Sure thing!" Nico said. Reyna grabbed his hand, and they were off; just like that, a happy pair.
