Magnus Bane is heartbroken after the loss of his boyfriend Alec. He falls into a depression and doesn't leave his apartment for a few years. (who would need to when you could just magic up supplies with a click of your fingers?) Cutting off all contact from the outside world, will Magnus ever be able to love again?
When he meets Minho, a runner who recently escaped the maze, under the most unlikely of circumstances, will the affection Magnus feels for the ex-runner overcome the pain he feels from the loss of his past lover? And more importantly, does Minho feel the same way?
