I'm kinda new to this site,so don't criticize my story.
Disclaimer:Spyro and cast do not belong to me.
He came to this spot every morning.
He always came here, placing his front paws on the broad window sill, looking out into the bright morning,at the beauty that was doing graceful twists and loops
while soaring gracefully through the air, black against the rising sun.
Cynder, was the most beautiful thing Spyro had ever seen. Watching her ride the wind every morning was something he hated to miss.
His eyes followed her as she rode the soft breeze high in the sky, doing a perfect twist as she couldn't help but let loose a long breathed out sigh.
"Hey purple boy,got morning fever?"
Spyro sudden appearance of Sparx was uncalled for."Sparx! Uh..." He quickly took his paws off the window."I was just-uh..."
Sparx as he thought."No need to explain anything to me,buddy." He flew to closer to Spyro, and leaned on the front of his large nose."So anyway...when are you gonna tell her?"
Spyro knew that Sparx had perfect knowledge on his feelings, but he tried to look clueless all the same.
"Tell her?" He said, trying to sound as calm as he could."Tell her what? What's there to tell?"
Sparx laughed. Did Spyro think he was stupid? He knew he was playing dumb."You know exactly what I mean! Don't think I didn't see that look of longing on you face."He said, giving Spyro's nose a poke.
Spyro sighed."Okay Sparx,you caught me."
"Uh-huh." Sparx said in a victorious tone."So...when did you say you were gonna tell her?"
"It's not that easy,Sparx!"Spyro answered loudly."You think it's that easy?"
"Ya." Spax said simply, rubbing his fore-finger with his thumb."If i didn't know better,I'd think you were nervous."
Spyro sighed again."You're right Sparx....you're right.I really want to tell her,but....." He turned back to the window, looking rather sad."If I say the wrong things, she'll
hate me....."
Sparx shook his head. "Spyro Spyro Spyro...."Sparx began,as he flew backwards from his saragent brother."You ned to walk to her, like a real dragon would, and say what you need to say. Why? Oh,I don't know..." He turned his back, and crossed his arms, smiling mischievously."Maybe there are OTHER strutting male dragons who WILL."
Spyro turned back to Sparx, looking stricken.
"You wouldn't!"
Sparx laughed in pretend evil."I would."
Spyro's expression changed to one of fear.
Sparx laughed. "I'm just kidding, bro. You can take all the time you need!"
"That wasn't funny Sparx! You scared me half to death!" Despite this,Spyro felt the corners of is mouth twitch. Sparx sighed.
"Listen Spyro, you can feel nervous if you want, but I'm sure when you brig up the courage to tell her,it'll go well."
Spyro smiled slightly."You think so?"
"Dude, when have I ever been wrong?"
Spyro thought for a moment."Well...actually..."
"Ha ha,very funny."Sparx said, frowning slightly. Spyro chuckled to himself, and turned back to the window, his eyes once again following the beauty, that was Cynder.
One day,he'd tell her.
One day,he'd tell her how much he loved her.
That wasn't too bad,was it? Please review, and tell me what you think!
