This is my first story on ,being here for about only 2 days. No,Spyro and cast do not belong to me.

A plump, green caterpillar crawled across Cynder's paw as she crouched in the long grass under a clear, blue sky on a scorching summer's day. The black dragoness was stalking, her mint green eyes were squinted in concentration, her forehead glistening with sweat. As perfect as the day was,it sure would have been nice for a cool breeze, for the day seemed still. As She raised her tail slightly, the cool grass tickling her face,Cynder saw what she was waiting for. A glint of yellow light in the gaps of green,and-

Pounce!

"OH MY GOD!!" exclaimed the yellow dragonfly, falling back in shock. This was very unexpected, yet predictable, judging from past events.

"Hahaha!! Gotcha back!" Cynder chortled, raising her head triumphantly.

"Haha, very funny." Sparx said moodily, folding his arms and glaring at the female dragon before him. He knew exactly why she was doing this lately, and he'd just about had it with her spook pranks. Spyro indeed, had a weird taste in girlfriends."When are you gonna let it go?"

"I don't know Sparx, what you did was pretty bad. Remember the fruit selling dragons?" She asked.

"Yes,but-"

"And the fruit flinging by the fruit selling dragons?"

"That was because-"

"You didn't pay for the fruit."

"I didn't know that-"

"And the fruit hit ME in the face because you decided to use me as a fort?"

"Okay, but if you go too far,and you squish me,Spyro will kill you." remarked Sparx, raising his eyebrows.

Cynder knew it was was indeed Spyro's brother, and best friend, and even though he absolutely loved Cynder,Spyro would never forgive her if she did anything to harm Sparx, physically or mentally.

Still,Sparx was such a big pain.

"Which means no frogs,or scorpions-" began Sparx, but Cynder cut across him.

"Or tarantulas,or lizards-"

"And especially not-"

"The dancing robin.I know."assured Cynder.

Sparx was surprised."How do you know about the dancing robin, anyway?" he asked curiously.

"Sparx, please. I live with you twenty-four seven,of course I know." Cynder replied simply.

of course she knew.

Okay, maybe Sparx wasn't half as annoying. He was probably the best little-very little-brother she could probably ever get.

As the sun set,the blue sky slowly fading to colors of orange, soft purple, and pink, they went home together.

P.S. You really DON'T want to know what the dancing robin is.
