Author Note: I hope that you like this storyline and please review and let me know what you think of it. It's my first au pair storyline. I can see that this storyline will be the first one in over a year.
Chapter one: the big news
Jenny wanted to talk to her husband about adopting the kids since they have been together for almost five years. They had talked about having a child of their own. She walked into Oliver's office.
"Hey babe." She said to her husband.
"Hey what's going on?" He asked her as he pushed his chair back.
"I wanted to see if I could adopt the kids." She responded to her husband as he greeted her with a kiss.
"I don't see a problem with it since they already called you mom. You should asked Katie and Alex about it and see how they feel about it." He responded to her as he gave her another kiss on the lips.
"When are we going to talk to the kids?" She asked her husband.
"Hopefully soon." He responded back to her.
"Alright. Let's go make some dinner." She said to her husband.
"Let's go." Oliver agreed with her as she got off his lap and headed for the kitchen and was soon discovered that he had followed her to the kitchen. Normally they let the cook make some dinner for their family but once a night since they wanted to give the kids a normal life as much as possible. Twenty minutes later, they were greeted by their kids.
"Hey guys, how was school?" Oliver asked the kids.
"It was fine." They said in unison.
"Okay that's good. Maybe we can make your day a lot better." He started out to say.
"How can you do that?" Katie responded to her father and stepmom.
"By adopting you guys." She responded to her stepdaughter.
"Are you sure that you want to do that?" Alex questioned his step-mom.
"Yes I am sure. I love you guys more then you know. I want to be your mother by all legal means. I know that it's a big step but I think that I can make it work. So what do you guys think?" She asked her step-children.
"Let's do it." Katie responded to her stepmom while giving her a hug and Alex does the same. The next morning, they started the paperwork to adopt. The adoption became legal after a week later.
Chapter two: are we?
Jenny walked into the room after getting again this morning. She noticed that Oliver was just coming into the room with tea.
"Hey babe." Oliver greeted his wife.
"Thank you for bringing me tea." She responded to her husband.
"Your welcome. I would do anything for you and the kids." He responded back to her as he gave her a small kiss.
"What did I do to dervse a wonderful husband such as you?" She asked him.
"Nothing. You are amazing woman and I love you so much." He responded to her as he gave her a small kiss.
"Your so sweet." She responded with love in her voice. She decided to wait to find out if she is pregnant with their first child. After he leaves for work, she decides to take the pregnancy test. It turned out positive and now she needed to tell her husband about the baby.
