Sophie smiled as she looked at a picture of her and her brother from when they were 5 years old. Then she frowned when she saw their hands holding onto one another. What made it ok when they were 5 but unacceptable now that they were older?
"What are you looking at Soph"Wales asked leaning over her shoulder. Her breath hitched in her throat. She could feel his chest against her back and his warm breath brush against her ear.
"Soph"Wales said bringing her out of her thoughts.
"Sorry its a picture of us when we were little"Sophie said.
"Are you ok"Wales asked cupping her cheeks in his hands.
"Fine I was just thinking"Sophie said faking a smile.
"You sure"Wales asked looking at her suspiciously.
"Actually I-"Sophie was cut off when Wales phone rang. He picked it up off the bed and before he answered it Sophie saw the name on the caller id was Madoka's. Wales briefly talked on the phone then hung up.
"Is something wrong"Sophie asked.
"Just some issues with the WBBA"Wales said.
"Do you need to go"Sophie asked.
"No I would rather stay with you I think you're sick or something"Wales said putting his forehead against her own.
"You should leave they need you"Sophie said.
"Do you wanna come"Wales asked.
"Nah i'll just stay here"Sophie said.
"You sure"Wales asked.
"Yeah go solve whatever problem it is and i'll wait for you here"Sophie said.
"Thanks Soph you're the best i'll be back as soon as possible"Wales said kissing her on the cheek then rushing out the door. Sophie blushed and put her hand on her cheek. He didn't know what he did to her. She sighed and hugged the picture against her chest wishing things could be simple like before.
Sophie remembered when she told her former best friend about her feelings towards her brother.

"I gotta tell you something but you gotta promise not to tell Wales"Sophie said.
"Ok"her friend said.
"I love Wales"Sophie said blushing.
"Well of course you do he's family"her friend said smiling. Sophie frowned realizing her friend didn't understand.
"No I love him as more than a brother"Sophie said.
"Ew you weirdo he's your brother"her friend said.
"Listen I-" Sophie tried to reach out to her friend but she backed away.
"Back off you freak that's incest"her friend yelled before running away.

That day Sophie lost her best friend and she heard the "i" word for the first time. She frowned as she thought about it. She knew she would never stop hearing that word if anyone knew about her feelings towards her own brother.
