It's so short XC Anyway, let's just say the two main characters don't know each other, okay?
I don't own anything!
The sound of a busy person rushing in or out, the quiet sipping of tea, a short chat, a bell ring, the chimes playing, the transferring of liquids, the silent breathing. That was all I heard. It was another day in a busy coffee shop. Normally I'd be with my brother, Buford, and Baljeet, building something that's supposedly impossible bit my sister wasn't feeling good and nobody at the coffee shop could fill in for her so I decided to do it. It wouldn't hurt to earn a little money right? It was about ten at the morning and the coffee shop was really busy. People come in and out regularly.
"Phineas!" the guy from the counter called, "It's Candace's turn at the cash register."
I nodded weakly and went over to where he was. I took care of two orders and turned my attention to the next person who was to walk in. Just after a minute or so of staring, a girl entered the coffee shop.
She had black hair, the darkest I've ever seen, her light complexion being as contrast to her hair as it could get. Big round blue eyes that seems to lighten up the whole room, red lipstick which goes greatly with her contrasted hair and skin. Her perfectly figured body was perfect for what she wore. A light pink hanging blouse showing her shoulder bones and both shoulders and white spaghetti straps that held the top up. The sleeves were loose and reached until her elbows. For her bottoms, she wore a dark black skinny jeans, tracing and covering her long legs. She wore a pair of black four inch high heels, and a small pink bag, completing her outfit. She walked over to the counter, her phone held up her ear.
I snapped out of my stupor when she got nearer.
"Ugh, I'm thinking of breaking up with you, you know." She groaned, "Yeah, and I am now. So bye."
She pulled the phone from her ear, sighed and turned her attention to me.
"I'll have a cappuccino, the regular." She sighed
"Um, okay." I nodded quickly and fixed her drink
When I was finished, I gave her her drink and some tissues, and she paid for it and left.
Isabella's POV
I started walking away from the the counter. I looked at my order opened it and sipped from it. I grabbed one tissue and began to bring it closer to my mouth but noticed something.
"Here's a little thing to cheer you up,
Happiness filled in a cup.
Hey, you seemed bummed about that breakup,
But cheer up, I can be your backup!"
It was hand writing clearly from the boy earlier. I smiled and looked back. I looked something from my bag and dropped it.
Phineas' POV
She was by the door when she pulled something out of her bag and dropped it. She exited the place and I picked up what she had left.
"It's..." I smiled, "her number!"
