My first MCA/ KagePro fic XD

I was preparing for a good night's sleep. I came out of the bathroom, wiping my hair vigorously with my hand towel. My long dark green hair was a bit messy after I dried it and I yawned as I feel a bit sleepy. I was wearing my usual pajamas; it wasn't literally a pajama with long pants, just a lavender shirt with a pair of lavender short shorts. It came together when I bought it so I always use it together. I was on my way to my room when I saw Kano and Seto walking towards me.

"Hey~ Kido-chan~" That blonde deceiver smiled at me with his cat-like eyes with his right hand on his head as if saluting to me. Seto just smiled, like he always does, with both hands on his pockets.

"I'll be going to sleep now." I said to them as I walked passed them, not minding if they heard me or not. I was a few meters away from them but I heard their conversation as they walked onwards. "Do you think Marry will wear something like that?"

"Stop being out of character, Seto. But…. Maybe you're right… Why don't you buy her then?"

That was the last thing I heard from them. But If Marry was okay with it, then it's fine. Finally, I have reached my room. I took my comb from inside the drawer and started to comb my hair. I decided to braid it, unlike before when I just let it loose as I sleep. After tying it up to keep it in place, I threw myself on my bed and pulled the blanket, enough to cover my whole body, except my head. As I slept, I realize that I was dreaming. I could control my movements like it was real. This must be what they call lucid dreaming.

In the dream I was having, I was witnessing once again how my whole family died. My father burned the whole house, killing my father, my mother and my older sister. The trauma still haunts me, especially when I see burning houses in the news. I ran and ran and ran but I wasn't able to catch up with them. They were all calling my name, saying things like, 'You should have died with us, Tsubomi' and all crap about how I should've died with them.

Everything went blank for a moment, I caught my breath gradually and I saw a figure forming in front of me. It was a friend of mine, his name was Kano. Shuuya Kano. He was just standing still, not talking and not moving an inch. I saw another figure form beside him, holding a gun; his form got clearer before shooting Kano straight to the head. Blood came out from him, he suddenly fell lifelessly. I was frozen in shock and fear as the other figure disappeared, leaving Kano's corpse behind. I couldn't come near at first but I mustered the will to run to him. I cried, I shouted his name but he wasn't moving. He wasn't breathing and not responding to my pleas.

I did not realize that I was already screaming and turning in my sleep. Kano and Seto woke up from the noise I made and they opened the lights. Marry went to her old house for a while so she wasn't there to hear my bloodcurdling screams.

Kano and Seto were trying to wake me up but I wouldn't. The two feared the most. I might not wake up. Just as Seto was about to call the ambulance and Kano putting my head on his lap as he sat on my bed, I woke up in a daze, sweating through all parts of my body. I breathed heavily and I couldn't see clearly. Seto cancelled the call and sat on my bed as Kano pulled me to an embrace and caressed the back of my head.

"Don't worry, Kido. Everything's alright. Seto and I are here…" I didn't realize that I was already crying in Kano's chest. I even said his name out of fear that I might not hear his voice again. "Shu-shuuya…"

"Don't worry, Tsubomi… We're here…. Kosuke too… So don't be afraid, okay?"
