E/O Drabble Word Challenge

"Sam, The Metro-Man?"
Sam knelt by his prone brother. "Hey Dean. Y'okay?"
Dean struggled to right himself, giving Sam a bleary eyed stare. "Think I broke a nail."
Sam snorted, offering a helping hand.
Grunting in pain, he let Sam pull him upright. "Guh. Maybe two nails." He panted, eyes squeezed shut.
With a strong arm wrapped carefully around his waist, Sam steadied him. "I gotcha. Bet Bobby can fix your manicure when we get back."
Dean took a limping step, giving his brother a smirk. "You'll have to do it Sammy. You know more about manicures than me and Bobby put together."
