Sorry for not updating for a long time because of life and all. Anyway, I updated this chapter. Enjoy!
I don't own Adventure Time!
It was nighttime in the land of Aaa.
Cake the cat and Fionna the human were in bed, sleeping.
Suddenly, a dark shadow crept into the room.
It floated carefully over Cake and floated over to Fionna. In the darkness of the room was a smiling, floating vampire boy. His eyes shone red in the dark. He watched Fionna's gentle breathing as she slept. He pulled her blankets closer for she was cold in her simple, white nightgown.
"Sleep well, Sleeping Beauty," he whispered as he leaned over to kiss her on the cheek.
Suddenly, he recoiled in horror, for he felt the tip of his fangs sink in Fionna's cheek. There, where the fang's tips were, appeared two bumps.
The vampire boy's thoughts raced in his head. What should I do? Will she notice it? I hope she won't. If she does, will she know it was me? I guess she won't notice.
He disappeared from the room and into the night outside.
"Eeeeek!"
Cake jumped out of bed and ran to the source of the scream. She found Fionna in the bathroom, who was staring in horror at the mirror.
"Fionna! What in Glob's name were you screaming about? I thought my baby cakes was in danger!" exclaimed Cake.
"Look at my cheek," Fionna said, pointing at her cheek.
"Those two, red bumps? Oh, those are just pimples, honey. Your body's maturing."
"Pimples? I thought it was something else, like a rash or something. I mean, I get bumps and bruises while adventuring, but not like these bumps."
"Don't worry, sweetie. It's nature, human nature."
"Oh. Well, what should I do?" Fionna panicked again, "These bumps don't look pretty."
"Calm down, Fi. I got somethin' that will cure that." Cake rummaged in a bathroom drawer and pulled out a bottle of acne cream. "This baby will zap those pimples in six hours," said Cake, tossing the bottle to Fionna, "You may want to wash your face for good results, though."
"Thanks Cake," said Fionna, catching the bottle and hugging Cake, "You're the best!"
"Anything for my sis," purred Cake.
Later, Fionna was getting dressed, making her bed, and folding her nightgown away.
"By the way, Fionna, did you slept well?" asked Cake, who was coming upstairs.
"Not really. I was cold in this nightgown you made for me. I think I should go back to pajamas."
"Well, why don't you come downstairs for breakfast? I made blueberry pancakes and scrambled eggs; hot'n'ready!"
"Sweet!" exclaimed Fionna as she ran downstairs with Cake for breakfast.
For the rest of the morning, Fionna and Cake spent their time staying at home.
They both brushed their hair. Fionna brushed Cake's fur while Cake brushed Fionna's hair. Then they played videogames with Beemo. It was pretty much a relaxing, free day with no adventures or missions for the moment.
Fionna didn't worry so much about the two bumps on her cheek until she passed the bathroom mirror. "Cake! They're not gone!"
"What do you mean they're not gone? Did six hours already passed by?" asked Cake as she came into the bathroom.
"Cake, six hours did passed by," Fionna calmly said.
"Stupid acne cream! I think I'm gonna throw that out," Cake muttered.
"Cake, I'm starting to think that this is a rash," Fionna said, "Maybe we can go ask Gumball and have him call Turtle Prince to look at this and tell us what it is. Actually, forget I said that. I'm not going to the Candy Kingdom looking like this."
"Actually, Fionna, that's a good idea. And I might know how to cover those bumps."
Finally done! Next Chapter will come soon, probably.
