Hanson, new king of scandinavia kingdom has formed a new organization called Librarian Works who wanted another war, thus leading into the events of the Third Bloody Valentine War.

1. Chapter 1

On March 1st, CE 74, the royal scandinavia kingdom raised their new king, HANSON, he replaced KING HANS who had died, a few days earlier, after the end of the second Bloody Valentine War with signed of peace treaty between PLANT, ORB UNION and Earth Alliance.

before the throne, HANSON is the member of Librarian Works, an mysterious organization that formed after LOGOS destroyed by PLANT. Librarian have the same ideology with LOGOS, For the preservation of our blue and pure world! in other words Librarian become successor of LOGOS purpose. the survivors member of LOGOS has tame by him.

a few days of his appointment, on 13rd March, HANSON declare the existence Librarian to entire world. with his position as king and the leader of those organization, HANSON ordered his military strength to wipe out all coordinator in all regions of his kingdom as the first step to reach his purpose. although in that action, many civilian, natural or coordinators become the victim.
