Caitlyn gazed out of her window. Watching the soft flakes of snow drift lazily towards the ground. She was so lost in thought that she didn't notice her mother walk in until she started speaking.

"Caitlyn, you listening? We're taking your brother to his acting class. Just hope we can make it there in this weather. We'll be gone for a while because your dad and I are going to go shopping whilst we are in Belfast. Well, I should go now." And with that she left the room without even a reply from Caitlyn.

After watching them leave, she wondered what she could do with all her free time. It was then that the phone rang. "Hello, Caitlyn Rea speaking," she answered, picking up the phone.

"Hey it's Koji, just wondering if you wanted to come to the cinema, now, and see a movie with me, Luc and Rufus?" Asked Koji, his voice deep and smooth.

Caitlyn smiled, "Sure, I'll walk 'cause it's not that far, see you there!"

She hung up after saying goodbye and set the phone down. Then she sighed happily. Koji was her best friend, but she had had a crush on him for 2 years. He was one of the people that made her life feel completely worthwhile.

She arrived at the cinema, cold and shivering, wrapped in a scarf but no coat. She stashed her gloves in the pocket of her hoodie as she entered the building.

The first thing she spotted was the brown afro boy standing in the far corner buying tickets.

Caitlyn ran up behind him and attacked him, leaping onto his back and burying her head in his hair by accident.

"I CAN'T SEE, he's blinded me!" she exclaimed loudly through her laughter.

The others were laughing as well, with Luc burying his face in his hands. "Well well, look who decided to show up," said Rufus sarcastically. Caitlyn proceeded to stick her tongue out at him. They bought their tickets then took a seat in theatre number 3, sitting in the back row [cause yolo].

Caitlyn sat beside Koji, on his left, with Rufus and Luc sitting to his right.

"Why are you shivering?" Koji asked quietly, leaning over; so close that Caitlyn could feel his breath on her cheek. She smiled and looked at him, "Why do you think? It's snowing and I walked here."

She put her hand against his cheek, which felt boiling to touch.

He flinched, "Oh flip that's cold," he said louder than he should have.

Caitlyn moved to take her hand away but he held it where it was, wrapping his warm hands around her cold ones. He gazed into her eyes, "Caitlyn, I..." But he could put into words what he was feeling.

Caitlyn understood none the less and a small smile appeared on her lips.

Koji leaned in slowly and Caitlyn closed her eyes as his lips connected with hers.

A/N I didn't write this willingly, sorry Koji. Caitlyn forced me to write a romance between her and someone so I thought, 'What better pairing than those two!'
