At the Beach
Disclaimer: I don't own Disgaea. If I did, Laharl and Flonne would have been a couple by now.
"Oh, Laharl!" a voice said. "Laharl!"
"What is it?" the demon asked, annoyed. "I swear, don't bother me if it isn't important."
Flonne's eyes shimmered with excitement."Can we go to the beach? Etna said there are man-eating jellyfish right now, but she doesn't want to go, so I thought I'd ask you."
Laharl yawned. Man-eating jellyfish? What a big fat lie. Flonne would believe in anything. But his answer surprised him. "Yeah, I'll go…" he said, hardly believing what he was saying.
"Oh, really?" Flonne said excitedly. "Yay!"
What the hell is wrong with me?! Laharl thought. Why did I agree to go? I'm going with the Love Freak to look for something that might not even exist!
At the Beach
"We're here!" Flonne said.
She and Laharl started walking at the side of the ocean.
"You know, I sorta thought Etna was lying, there is no jellyfish as far as I can see…,"Flonne looked at the ocean."Maybe we can do something else that's fun!"
"Oh, yeah?" Laharl asked skeptically. "And what's that?"
Flonne smiled very mischeviously. "Well, something like…THIS!"she pushed Laharl into the water.
SPLASH!
"What the hell was that for?!"Laharl asked, furious.
Flonne giggled. "Well…It was fun!" she said.
"I'll show you fun!" Laharl dragged Flonne into the water.
"Now we're even!" Laharl said, getting out of the water. Flonne just gathered a cluster of seaweed and threw it at Laharl's head.
"Hey!" Laharl threw it back at Flonne.
The rest of the day went on like this. Now Flonne and Laharl were sitting on the sand, looking at the sunset.
"The sunset looks beautiful."Flonne said. She rested her head on Laharl's shoulder. Laharl blushed.
"I really love you, Laharl,"Flonne continued.
"Er-yeah,…me too.."Laharl muttered, looking red in the face.
"Hmm? What did you say? I didn't catch that last bit."
Laharl abruptly stood up. "We should go back to the castle."
"But…we're still wet."Flonne looked down at her soaked clothes."
"Who cares? We're going now!"
At the Overlord's Castle
"Oh, you guys finally came back!"Etna said. She then noticed that Laharl and Flonne were wet."Oh, what did you two do, have sex underwater?"Etna smirked.
"NO!"
"Oh, I get it! You two did C.P.R.! Mouth to mouth! Ha!"
"ETNA, I'LL KILL YOU!"
