This is my very first fanfic ever and it's the first one in english.

What if Sara had died in Dead Doll, what would Grissoms wish be and what would happen if it came true?
One more day with her, that's all he wanted. One more day with her, that's all he needed.
Every night he dreamed of her, she was right there with him but it wasn't real.
But then one night, one dream, he got one wish, he wished for one more day with her.
Last night I had a crazy dream
A wish was granted just for me
It could be for anything
I didn't ask for money
Or a mansion in Malibu
I simply wished, for one more day with you.
He wanted her back, for longer then one day. He wanted to be able to do all the things they planned to with her.
He wanted to watch one more sunset with her but he knew that if he got one more day with her he would only wish for one more.

He didn't believe in God but he prayed to Him now, he prayed for the time with her to go slower.
Then he turned of his phone and his tv, not that it was ever on anymore. Then he saw her, she was standing right in front of him, but she would be leaving soon, so much time had already been wasted and he didn'gt want to loos anymore time. He walked over to her and took her in his arms and held her tight and whispered I love you Sara and I miss you so much´´.
Then he heard it I love you too Gil´´she had said it. He let go of her and looked at her face, then he kissed her and she emidiatly responded. They walked out to 'their' backyard and watched the sun go down on the sky.
First thing I'd do, is pray for time to crawl
I'd unplug the telephone
And keep the TV off
I'd hold you every second
Say a million I love you's
That's what I'd do, with one more day with you.
After what seemed like an eternity he looked at her, she was starting to fade away. They stood up and looked at each other.
He stepped forward and kissed her and hugged her for the last time before it was to late. She was almost gone now but he wasn't ready to let go of her yet.
You need to let go, Gil, I'm fine now. You need to move on without me´´ he heard her say.
I can't Sara, I love you, you're the only person I have ever loved and you will be the only person I will ever love. I need you here with me,I cant go on without you´´ he said and he saw the tears running down her cheaks and he could feel his own forming in his eyes.
I love you. I always have and I always will. goodbye Gilbert´´ she said and then she was gone.
Goodbye Sara, my love.´´ he said quietly and sat down. His only wish now was to have one more day with her.
