Alucard, still in the Winter Forest, looked down at his mother's grave with tears in his eyes. He didn't cry often, but he couldn't help it this time, as he fell to his knees and cried on her grave.

"I wish you were still here," he sobbed, feeling his bloody tears roll down his cheeks. He was a strong man, sure, but he was very close to his mother as a child. As he cried, he began having a flashback.

A child Adrian was sitting in the forest of Forever Fall, he bright hair blowing in the gentle breeze, and a smile on his face. When he was leaving, he saw his mother waiting for him at the edge of the forest. She smiled lightly.

"Ready to go?" she asked as Adrian nodded.

"Yes, mother," he said. "I'm ready."

Now that she was gone, those flashbacks were merely nothing but memories. He always wished there was a way to bring her back, like there was for his father, but he knew she wouldn't want that. After all, she did sacrifice herself for her son and husband to keep them safe.

"Maybe…" he thought to himself. " Maybe you'll be back soon…"

Knowing how fairy tale never comes to life, maybe his wish wouldn't be granted, but he had to at least say goodbye before his mother died, but never got the chance. He wiped the tears from his face, and smiled for the first time in about 300 years, and spoke…

"Goodbye, Mother…"

Sorry if this caused any feels in the RWBY and/or Castlevania fandom. And, btw, I do not own Castlevania or RWBY in any way. All properties belong to their respective owners. And sorry it's so short.
