The long hallway echoed with a strange voice, causing the young soldier Eren to halt in his trail and listen intently to the smooth tone. It was the most beautiful words he had even heard, the emotion that was along with it gave it meaning.
Unable to stop himself Eren walks down the hallway and came to some double doors, one was hooked open. Heart beating hard against his ribcage, Eren wondered who could be singing this awe-inspiring song.
Eren stood in the doorway, shocked beyond compare. He wanted to run away because he knew as soon as he was discovered, there would be hell to pay, however the song kept his feet firmly rooted in place.
All he could do was stare with wide eyes and listen intently.
Corporal Levi was singing while cleaning the windows, his hips and rear were shaking side to side slightly with the song's melody.
Eren did not want to be believe his eyes or ears, it was too surreal. The Corporal's dull one tone voice was replaced with one filled with an array of feelings.
Then the singing stopped. Painfully slow the Corporal turns his body and stares at the intruder.
A deadly glare was aimed Eren's way, he was now rooted there for another reason. Cold fear washes over his body, his heart crashing around violently was the only thing Eren could hear, but this was soon joined by the foot steps of the Corporal's boots.
