He stood there gathering his bow and quiver, obviously avoiding meeting her eyes. Diggle and Roy had already left, citing dinner plans, but Felicity knew they could feel the tension between her and Oliver.

This could be the last time she saw him, she didn't want them to part ways like this. She couldn't stand it! Reaching out she grabbed his arm, stopping him from reaching for the bag he had packed. He froze upon feeling her touch, and shivered as if in pain, seeming to take a few seconds to regain control of his emotions.

"Felicity" he spoke, his eyes saying what his lips refused to utter.

"No." she replied, stepping closer. Oliver's eyes closed and he breathed in deeply, searching himself for the restraint he knew they both would need. Before he could speak again, felicity moved her hand up his arm to his shoulder. "We both know how we feel; no" she ordered, stopping his interruption before it could take place. "I… If this is the last time… I just want to." Words having abandoned her she decided to act instead.

She lunged forward, placing her lips upon his in a passionate embrace. Withdrawing form the kiss, grasping her gently by her shoulders, Oliver tried one last attempt at sanity. "Felicity" he whispered in a voice husky with suppressed desire. But looking into her passion glazed eyes all resistance was lost, and with a groan, he returned to her trembling lips. 'One night', was the last thought he had before he succumbed to the hunger burning between them.

One night.
