Mini basketball set
This was a present from Gibbs when Tony hurt his leg playing basketball with those sailors ages ago. It had been left on his desk with a note saying "don't break the other one" and Tony just knew it was from Gibbs. Tony would set it up at the end of his rack, not that there would be much space!
