Silly Games
By: Peeta's Lover
These silly games
These silly games.
They feel us with so much dread we go lame.
We look around; these people are all the same.
They are all something to kill.
I don't have the strength or will,
To give up.
Though I have had enough.
The Capitol's hate for humanity
Their love of blood I see
Is all that matters.
They love to watch children die,
In a bloody pool they lie.
We watch because we can do nothing else,
Though our anger swells.
One day we will fight,
Thousands of us will be quite the sight.
These silly games we play.
These silly games.
