Alice slowly strolled down her new London Wonderland. Although she didn't show it, she was glad the end was finally over.

"You realize that this is only the beginning of the end?" someone said from behind her. Alice whipped her head to see who was behind her, and it was Cheshire Cat.

"Your sanity is just as horrible (or even more so worse) than what it was before." the Cat went on to say. "I'd be surprised if you make it out of this week in your new state."

Alice turned her back to the Cat, and shrugged indifferently.

"So be it." Alice declared. "If I am to die in a year, month, week, or day after today due to my new state, so be it. I'm not afraid."

"Why?" the Cheshire Cat inquired. Alice stood still.

"I avenged my family's death, and found their murderer. It wasn't me like every assumed it was, and that fact alone makes me feel at peace."

"You're a fool to be so calm at a time like this." the Cheshire Cat told her. Alice snickered.

"My worlds are together now, and if I am to die in this state, I'll never regret it. I have... peace."

The Cheshire Cat smirked, but said nothing, and disappeared a piece at a time, leaving only his smile behind before that disappeared as well. Alice smirked a little herself and started walk down the half cobble-stone, half grassy road to her fate in her new world.
