Prologue:

"Hurry! Hurry! We don't have much time! We'll finish the project later but we have to go NOW!" yelled Samantha Carter to Lord Dr. Fevori Magmar and his wife Partista.

Ever since Sam had chosen to allow an elite group of scientists at the SGC to upload the replicator version of Elizabeth Weir's consciousness to her mind, she had been desprately seeking a way to clone Elizabeth a new human body; one that would look just like Elizabeth had looked in life. However, being able to create the cloned body had not been easy, and over time, Sam and Elizabeth had grown close and both had become reluctant to not be together despite Elizabeth wishing to have her own body and Sam wanting Elizabeth to be happy. That leads to the present moment. While out on a deep space recon mission two years earlier on the Hammond, they'd discovered a world, without a Stargate, that not only superior cloning technology that they used to revive those who had died prematurely and to save lives. Also, they were able to create total psychic, mental bonds between people. After returning to Earth and telling the President and Joint Chiefs about the discovery, Sam was soon given the go ahead to return to the planet with some samples of Elizabeth's blood and tissues, from which the clone could be formed, as well as a smaller ship, one equipped with sublight, ion drive, hyper drive and wormhole drive engines.
