Imagine you are walking down a street on a Saturday afternoon-It's a nice warm day, sunny, with a light breeze. As you're walking down this street you notice a small wooded neighborhood park just a few blocks in the distance. As you get closer to the park you slow down and take a deep breath. You smell pine, dirt, and fresh air. You smell the water in the air from the rain that morning. You also smell freshly baked Apple Pie and someone's Barbecue. When you reach the park you stop, you close your eyes and you listen. You listen to the sound of kids playing, a dog barking, Birds chirping, and an elderly couple humming merrily as they enjoy their day. You hear the wind sighing through the trees and the splash of a pinecone falling into a small puddle. Imagine.

This is the kind of feeling I wish to impart upon you as you read this story. I will do this mainly through music and goodwill. I plan for this to be a highly detailed story. It will be of epic length and therefore it will take a long time. This is a band-fic meaning that instead of following Ninjas, it will be following band members, more or less. This story will take place in the elemental nations. So instead of so and so playing at a gig in say Denver, it will be so and so playing at a gig in Iwagakure and such. Be that as it may, the villages will be lightly styled after American cities so as to allow me more elbow room and i can stay in my comfort zone. Most characters will be variably Ooc.

When I post a chapter containing a song or songs, I will provide a list detailing the songs pertaining to said chapter in the Pre-Chapter Authors note. Genres will range from ragtime and jazz to death metal, the latter of which won't appear till fairly deep into the story.

I will not be doing much in the way of romance. Although i will have characters pair off, it will be for the purposes of sub-plot and will have virtually no direct impact on the story.

I will be using real world dates such as September 16 however, the year will be stated as 1, 2, 3, Etc.
