MDU-Extraterrestrial Involvement
Summary: MDU has been recently accused of performing illegal medical and genetic experimentation on alien life.
Background: In the 1980s, an alien mother-ship had come to a standstill over the South African city of New Johannesburg, several malnourished "prawns" were found inside the massive ship. They were given asylum in a temporary zone known as District 9.
Conclusion: UN jurisdiction rules the MDU to immediately cease all private military contracts and to give complete political and military control of Districts 9 and 10 to UN peacekeeper forces.
Side Note: The mothership has left almost 3 years ago, it remains to be seen if they return with a larger military force.
