An abandoned seekerlet huddled in a soggy, beat up cardbored box as the rain pattered on. The sparkling mech was all alone, not a bot to care for him. His faceplating was fill with sorrow, close to crying. He needed someone to care for him. After all, he was just a innocent sparkling. Starscream closed his crimson optics, ignoring the fact that he was 'forever alone'. He wished he had some sort of caretaker.

Megatron lumbered through the abandon ally, trying to get as far away as he could from his frustrating followers. They where oh so annoying, he had to take a break. Rambling on about how bad they wanted to destroy the Autobots, or how much they 'loved' and respected him. Sigh.. They are all iron-brained idiots.

As it was raining, he came across a pitiful box, breaking. Giving way, but only one thing held in in place..

A sparkling.

He narrowed his optics. Inside, the sparkling, now crying, was huddled with his knee plating up against his orange chassis. His diminutive, gray purple striped wings shacking out of fear. His verticaly challanged form fitting perfectly in the scrapheap of a box.

Megatron was about to turn, forget the sparkling, but he couldn't bring himself to leave the poor thing. It was helpless, and, it had nocaretakers or parents. He could serve as his apprentice, almost like is own son..

Perfect.

He gave a evil slight smile as he reached down to pick up the light purple seeker. He held the sparkling in one large servo, and studied him. It looked at him with big, adorable crimson optics. His little mouth was shaped to a 'o' as he looked at the large bot that had picked him up.

Megs chuckled, and held the chirping and cooing baby to his face, still smiling slightly as it nuzzled on his face.

"What shall I call you, fragile one?"

He thought, but couldn't think of one. He held him up against his shoulder plating, snuggling into the sparkling, already growing to love him.

Then a name popped into his processer. It was nice, and fitting for the mech sparkling.

"What about Starscream?" He asked the growing quieter sparkling. It started back up at what he asked, cooing softly and chirping exitedly. He smiled fully, loving is name pick.

"Starscream.. my little Starscream.." He softly soothed, stroking his delicate wings.

He was glad he had this joy.

For now.
