Future Trunks X Reader
Trunk's P.O.V
A small grunt escaped my lips as I slowly blinked open my eyes. I sat up as I scanned my surroundings. It was dark out with nothing but the moon and stars to light up the dark. I was in the forest but I had no Idea on how I got here or when I did get here.
"Alright girl tell me where the boy is" I heard a male voice demand. My eyes widen as I recognized the voice. I snapped my head in that direction to see Android 17 and 18 cornering (Name).
"(N-name) what are you doing here?! Run!" I yelled but she didn't even react, it's like she never heard me. 17 took a step towards her as she took a step back.
"I'm not going to tell you where he is, I'd rather die than tell you" (Name) snapped at them. 18 chuckled as she walked over to her and grabbed her throat and lifted her up off her feet. My eyes widen more as I quick stood up.
"NO STOP IM RIGHT HERE!" I yelled trying to get their attention but once again my voice wasn't heard as (Name) continued struggling in 18's grip. A small smirk appeared on her face as her grip tighten farther.
"If only you would have listened" she said.
"STOP!" I yelled as I heard a crack of someone's bone breaking and someone falling to the ground. I looked over at (Name's) lifeless body as shock and rage took over. I growled as I drew my sword and swung it at 17 but it just went through him. But how can that be?
"It's a shame she didn't talk" 18 said. 17 shook his head a small smile appearing on his face.
"It's not like you were going to spare her anyways" He said.
"I know" 18 replied as they turned to leave. I looked down at (Name) as I fell onto my knees next to her lifeless body.
"No not you too, I can't loss you either... I-I love you" I cried as I gritted my teeth and clenched my fist. I was so useless I couldn't save her either the person I loved.
A scream tore itself from my lips as I shot up out of bed. I was breathing heavily as sweat covered my body. I quickly looked around and noticed I was in my room. It was still pitch black outside saying it was dark outside. I sat in bed for a moment until I remembered (Name). I shot out of bed throwing my shirt on and opening my door quickly and ran down the stairs where (Name) likes to sleep on the couch in the livingroom. I entered the livingroom where there was still a small lamp on. (Name) was sleeping peacefully on the couch a blanket wrapped around her.
A shaky sigh escaped my lips as I approached her quietly. I sat down on the couch beside her careful not to sit on her. I ran my fingers through her (H/c) hair and I relaxed knowing the fact that she was still alive, she's not gone.
(Name) shifted slight as she opened her eyes slightly.
"T-trunks are you okay" She asked groggily. I nodded saying I was fine. (Name) smiled slightly as she scooted over a bit.
"Can you sleep with me" she asked and I gave a small smile.
"Of course" I answers as I laid beside her. She snuggled against my chest as wrapped her arms around my waist as she relaxed. I was kind surprised but smiled and hugged her close to me as she slept.
"I love you (Name) and I promise to protect you no matter what" I said.
"I love you too" She whispered surprising me as she snuggled closer. I relaxed as I buried my face in her hair and held her tightly knowing that (Name) is still here with me and that I will do everything I can to make sure that nightmare stays a nightmare.
