"What the hell! What are we doing here?!" You shouted quiet mad considering you were stuck in a scorching desert with Marco.
"I told you (Y/N) we're here to find Ace since he got lost" Marco Said.
"We've only been here for about a half day and this is the third time" you said rubbing your temple. As Marco sighed.
"Let's just find him and get back to the rest of the crew before it gets dark." Marco said. you nodded and you guys just kept on walking. You guys walked for about four or five hour and it was starting to get dark.
"WHERE THE HELL IS HE?!" You growled getting impatient with the hot head you and Marco we're trying to find. Not to mention you were also tired, hungry, thirsty, and hot!
"I don't know but we should find somewhere to sleep it's starting to get dark." Marco said scanning the area for a place to rest. I started walking to a pile of desert rocks that was a little ways away.
(Y/N)" Marco called your name and followed right behind you. "(Y/N) you shouldn't just walk off like that. It's not a good idea to be separated." Marco explained.
"Sorry Marco" you said as you guys got to the rocks and you collapsed on the ground.
Marco saw you fall on the ground then he started walking somewhere.
"Marco! Where are you going?!" You whined.
"I'm looking for some wood to start a fire." He responded.
"To make a fire? It's already hot though" you Said rather confused.
"You'll see soon" he said. You still looked confused by then just shrugged.
As night fell you realized why Marco made the fire as you sat down in front of it shivering like a leaf.
"I-it's so cold" you shuddered.
"Cold? It's not cold" Marco said.
"O-of your a Phoenix a bird of fire." You shuddered again. You heard Marco chuckle behind you then you pulled into a warm embrace. You squealed in surprise then looked up to see Marco. You felt a blush start to form and quickly looked away. You then heard Marco chuckle again behind you.
"Better?" He asked. You slightly nodded still not looking up at him. Suddenly you felt much warmer and instinctively cuddled into his arm. You can still feel the blush and quickly tried hiding.
"You know you look cute when you're blushing." Marco said hugging you a little tighter. You felt the blush become harder then you felt Marco put his figure under your chin and he turned you to face him.
"M-Marco what are you-" you were cut off as you felt soft lips press against yours" You hesitated at first but then slowly started kissing him back. You had always had feeling for Marco but you couldn't really say anything afraid that that he didn't feel the same. After about a minute Marco pulled away.
"I love you (y/n)" Marco said.
"I love you too Marco" you said then you snuggled into his arms. You felt Marco hug you a little tighter and soon you started to close your eyes and you soon fell asleep.
Extended ending
"Wow Ace, I can't believe your plan worked." Thatch said hiding behind a rock with Ace watching you two sleeping.
"I knew it would" Ace said smirking watching the two of you sleep.
