and underdog; just look at the mess you've made x

She sits in front of him, small and fragile before his now towering figure. Kairi new this was the last straw between them. She only had herself to blame of course, but was this really it? Would he kick her out? Would he move out? She looked up at him, his sky blues staring her down. Sora had always been slightly on the lanky side, but now he seemed completely over-powering. She opens her mouth to say something. Anything to break this painful silence.

She can hear his heart breaking.

"See? You havent even got a reason this time." He sneers, shaking his head in disgust. She half expects him to spit on her.

"S-Sora?" She can hear her own fear, even though shes not sure what to be scared of.

"What?" Its a simple word, but it bites into her like a deadly weapon, fire on his lips.

Fire, buring their bodies. Nips and bites down the sides of necks and shoulders. Not loving, just lusting.

Just lust.

Not love.

He speaks, stuttering slightly. "I don't want your sorry, just- just.. " Sora sighs heavily, his chest heaving in an attempt to somehow shrug off the stress and pain. Then in a slow whisper;

"Why are we even together if this is just going to keep happenning, Kai?"

The nickname hurts more then the harsh words.

"It's not going to keep happen-"

"Don't lie to me! I've had enough of your lies, okay?" His voice breaks slightly, and she can see the hot tears forming.

Tears of sweat drip down their warm bodies. "Kai-Kairi.." She smiles as he whispers her name, and she trys to even remember his. Tyler, or something.

Sora growls, fists clenching. "What's his name?" She panics. Oh God, what was his name? It wasn't Tyler, no. She didn't tihnk she even knew a Tyler. It definately wasn't Tidus. Was it Hayner? It was his party after all. No. Not Hayner. Oh, what if it was Roxas? No, he wouldn't do that to his brother. Name, name, oh what was his name?

"Seifer." Yes. That was it. She remembers someone shouting to him, asking what he was doing. Hayner maybe? She knew Seifer was irresponsible, would Hayner really stop him from making that mistake? No. It's her mistake.

Its her fault.

She watches him clench his fists again and thoughts flood her head. Was he going to hit her? She closes her eyes, head down, and waits for the blow, praying that its fatal.

"Leave."

"Sora, baby. Just listen to-"

"Just go Kairi! Just go. And whilst you're at it, take a good look at the mess you've made on the way out, yeah?"

And she can hear her heartbreaking.
