I know, I know, I haven't updated my other stories in ages but its already written. The rest will be up in about 2 weeks. I wrote in year 8 for an assessment on 'superheroes and villains'. I really like it, hope you do to. I'm posting it now because I'm going on holiday at 8 Monday morning! AAAAAAHHHHHHH, I CAN'T WAIT! So here it is
Secrets
Jasper POV
"Ugh," I grunted as I heaved the train back on to the track. As I strained to get it upright, a mirthless laugh alerted me to another danger. I gave the train one last push and it settled into place. I soared upwards to get a better view and my stomach dropped. On top of The Lodge was obviously the maker of this destruction and my arch nemesis.
"VAMPIRA!" I bellowed. There was a gust of wind as she zoomed over to meet me.
"Yes," Vampira answered. "Is there a problem?"
"No I just fancied a chat. Of course there's a problem. What on earth do you think your doing?" She just gave me a cheeky grin which seemed vaguely familiar to me and scurried away to view the carnage that was of her making. I didn't even notice her leaving. I was still brooding over who that grin reminded me of.
It was the sudden beeping of my phone that violently woke me from my trance and sent me wheeling up into the air.
"Dang it!," I muttered to myself. "I gotta start controlling this or else I'll blow my cover. Imagine if this had happened in class or when I was out with Alice. She would run away screaming!" Another beep, the screen of my phone read "HURRY UP OR YOU'LL MISS YOUR DATE WITH ALICE AT 7:30!" Alice Brandon was my girlfriend of two years. I had set the reminder just in case my superhero duties interfered with my social life. I soared towards my house, Cursing Vampira for all the mayhem she caused me and the little town of Forks as I went. As I flew through my open window, I took off my mask and cape and became Jasper Whitlock again.
Alice POV
On the other side of forks I was streaking through the town in a dazed state, I was brooding over the wondering look that had been in thunders eyes when I had zoomed away. Who did that remind me off. It was the sudden beeping of my phone that violently woke me from my trance and sent me springing up twenty foot into the air.
"Dang it" I muttered to myself. As I came back down to earth. I gotta start controlling this or else I'll blow my cover. Imagine if this had happened in class or when I was out with Jasper. He would run away screaming!" Another beep, the screen of my phone read "HURRY UP OR YOU'LL MISS YOUR DATE WITH JASPER AT 7:30!" Jasper Whitlock was my boyfriend of two years. I had set the reminder just in case my superhero fun interfered with my social life. I darted towards my house, laughing all the way at the mayhem I love to cause Thunder and the little town of Forks as I went. As I jumped through my open window, I took off my mask and cape and became Alice Brandon once again.
Now Alice and Jasper have no idea but I guess things will get pretty sticky if one of them finds out the others dark secret.
