This is for my little (not so much now that she's 15) Pologne on her 15th birthday! It's a bit late but I got it up despite the troouble! Anything for my fellow contries!
Tea and Burgers
Arthur looked around. Must've been my imagination, but I could've sworn I just saw- His thought was cut short by arms wrapping around his waist and pulling him into a supply closet.
"Hey Arthur!" THAT VOICE! IT CAN'T BE? Arthur turned in the arms to face his old friend Alfred.
"WHAT THE BLOODY HELL ALFRED?" Arthur was beyond pissed. Not only had Alfred basically kidnapped him, he had also disappeared for five years, right after the two had graduated Universal Academy.
The Brit looked his American buddy up and down. He had gotten much taller, and still had the same glasses (affectionately dubbed Texas ^^). He was wearing an fly-boy jacket over a olive military style suit.
"You've gotten big over the years. But one question… WHY A CLOSET?" There was so much tolerance in Arthur's body, and it was quickly being used up. Alfred blinked a couple times and looked around.
"We're in a closet?" The shorter (yet older) British man growled in exasperation. He swore in his mind that one of those bulgy anime veins on his head.
"YES we're in a BLOODY CLOSET!" The American was taken back a bit by the outlash from his normally calm friend.
"Sorry. OH! I nearly forgot why I'm here!" Alfred took a box out of the bag he had been carrying and handed it to Arthur. "Happy birthday, dude!"
Arthur looked down at the box in his hands. It was sort of heavy and rectangular. He opened it cautiously, as Alfred had a tendency to play terrible jokes in this manner.
After peeling away the wrapping, he was left staring at a black book with the words 'Dark Magic' embossed in gold on the front. His eyes went wide as he looked at the card. He looked inside.
Arthur,
Sorry I was gone so long, but this was really hard to get.
Glad I made it in time for your birthday.
Happy 25th,
Alfred
Arthur looked up at his old friend, who smiled and pulled him into a big hug. Arthur hugged back as best he could with one arm. "Thank you Alfred. This means a lot. It's what I always wanted." Alfred smiled at the shorted blonde.
"I knew you'd like the book." Arthur looked up at Alfred and pulled him closer by his tie. Their faces were less than an inch apart.
"I mean you coming back to me. I love you Alfred." With that the Brit kissed the American.
Alfred, much to Arthur's surprise, kissed back without hesitation. "I love you too, crazy Brit."
No flames please, as this IS a birthday present, and I'm not too good with the name and pronoun usage yet.
