These Shoes Were Made For Walking
The door exploded inwards, revealing a tall figure.
"You Winchesters aren't worth the dirt I'd grind beneath my shoes," growled Billie, advancing on the brothers.
The pair froze, surprised to see the reaper, particularly given her previously stated policy of the dead staying dead.
"They are very nice shoes," said Dean admiringly.
"Seems a shame to ruin them," added Sam.
For a moment Billie seemed swayed by their logic. "Do you know how difficult it is to come back from the Empty?" she hissed.
"Oh hush, it's not like you didn't hitch a lift," said Death, stepping from behind her.
