It had been 3 months since Alex and Casey had decided to expand their family. Today was the day they would find out of the treatment had worked and if Casey was carrying their child.
Alex walked into Casey's office with a pregnancy test in hand and walked up to Casey kissing her softly, reassuring her everything would be okay if they treatment hadn't worked. "I love you and I promise everything will be okay if the treatment hasn't worked"
Casey nervously looked back at Alex and smiled weakly as she shakily took the test from her. "I'm so nervous Lex, what if it hasn't worked?"
"Then we try again, and if it still doesn't work we can see about adoption or I can see if I can carry our child" Alex smiled at her wife, squeezing her hand in reassurance.
Casey took a deep breath and walked out of the office, making her way to the women's bathroom. Leaving a very anxious Alex waiting in her office. Casey took the test and quickly made her way back to her office, to find out the results. Alex and Casey waited for what seemed like years, before the found out the results.
2 lines = PREGNANT
Alex squealed wrapping her arms around her wife as Casey just stood gasping the results not set in yet.
"Yes, baby. You did it" Alex cried in happiness. "You're pregnant, we're having a baby"
"A baby.." Casey replied, as tears started to well up in her eyes. "We're having a baby"
Alex kissed Casey, taking her hands in her own. "We're having a baby. I love you honey"
"We're having a baby.." Casey replied, nervously chuckling.
