She had it in her hands and god did the necklace felt so..so..right being there. After THREE fucking LONG YEARS. She finally had what had always been rightfully hers. She spent so long acting as though she cared about some ridiculous cause while someone else wield the power that she knew deep down in her heart was only thing that threw her off was when suddenly, after a full 20 seconds of almost bursting into tears, she let out a scream when a tiny animal that resembles a fox appear in front of her.
"Sofia, is that really…. You?" she heard the tiny creature say. She tiny creature suddenly zoomed around her, top to bottom, making her feel slightly uncomfortable.
"You knew my great great great grandmother?" was all she could muster before she started feeling faint.
She quickly sat back down in order to regain her composure. If she didn't leave now Alya would know her necklace was gone, and she'd be seen outside soon by people getting ready to leave for work. Blocking out the creatures response, she put on the necklace, with a quick demand on how to transform.
"-to say "Let's Pounce" on to activate it and "Pounce,off" to deactivate it, but you never answered my-"

The transformation felt… weird. The amount of times she transformed into Volpina and transforming right now were so fucking different. This time, she could actually feel the power coursing through her body as her suit started adjusting itself to a new wielder. The thing that worried her the most was how could she maintain this secret without Alya realizing that her new accessor was her previous one? Most of all, what would Ladybug do? She has stolen the Fox Miraculous, she knew she would be an instant villain to Ladybugs eyes. She just couldn't understand why she picked Alya over her. Guess she'll just have to prove to Ladybug how she was always the perfect choice.
