I couldn't quiet get this in season 3 as PaulatheCat asked for for her birthday, but it is a humor piece. Happy Birthday Paula. ^.^

"Clear!" Dean barked, face impassive as he pressed the triggers of the paddles he held and sent volts surging through the prone man's body. He jerked once and seconds later, the steady sound of beeping filled the trauma room.
A small cheer rose from the nurses and other doctors even as Dean made his escape. He bumped into Sam in the hall.
"Dude, I think you pissed off Dr. Sexy." Sam told him with a small laugh.
"Why?" Dean grumbled.
"… I think you made that look sexier than he ever did." Sam replied sheepishly.
Dean shot him a look.
"Shut it."
