"Ghost sickness relapse?"
"S'not fatal, Sam." Bobby reassured. "High fever and delirium, with one weird side effect. The patient regresses mentally until the fever breaks."
"Don't worry, Dean's in good hands."
(SCENE BREAK)
Three days later, Sam perched at Dean's bedside, damp washcloth at the ready. Sam frowned, seeing no change in Dean's 103-degree temperature.
Dean's fever-bright eyes slid open. "Don't hate me, Dad."
"Shhhh," Sam placed the cool cloth over Dean's forehead.
"Know you love Sammy more..." Dean murmured. "S'okay, I do, too...Shtriga was all my fault...never disobey you again."
"Rest, Dean." Sam's heart cracked, tone remaining firm. "That's an order."
