I can't believe it. She went back to him. She went back to that filthy bloodsucker after he dropped her like an unwanted child. She went back to him when she could have had me! Of all "people", why that horrible cold corpse and not the warmth of…of…augh!
Jacob Black stormed off into the woods after his last confrontation with Edward Cullen and Bella Swan. He was quite…angry. Bella had just confessed her love for Jacob in the worst way possible by telling him that she only has the heart for the vampire. She had also just gotten back from Italy to find the dead man to make sure he didn't kill himself, which seemed redundant considering that vampires aren't really alive. Jacob ran away full speed in his wolf form.
I can't believe she would do that to me! I cared for her when she was on the verge of killing herself. I made sure she was okay when all she had left was me. But now this? It's as if all I was there for was to be used as some sort of tool! Suddenly, realization sank in. I'm a tool! I'm nothing but a damn tool and I didn't know it until now! Is that all I am to her? I thought for certain we had something more. I swear we have something more! Gah!
Jacob kept running until he was near the cliffs that he frequently jumped with Sam and the others. He then reverted back to his human form as he decided to dive off into the ocean. He had hoped the ocean would wipe and wash him away from these tragic events.
First Bells loses her cold corpse of a boyfriend so I'm left to pick up the pieces, then Harry dies, and as soon as that damned demon comes back, I'm left in the dust!
The water tried to bury Jacob even further into the ocean, but once he knew he was going in too deep, he willed himself to the surface and burst out of the water. Jacob briskly but coolly walked out of the ocean to the sandy beach, shaking off water as he went like the dog he was. Heh, I'll never get used to that. He turned around to stare into the deep bluish green liquid and saw only reflections of his memories.
Fine Bella, I'll let you run to him for now. But know this, I'm never going to give up. I worked too hard to protect you from any harm, and I'll make sure that it never comes to you. Regardless of what that bloodsucker says, you will be mine. Bella, I love you too. If I ever had to make a choice, I would choose you over anyone else. Believe me Bella.
