Trapped
Author Note: Third Drabble, ft. Lithuania~ eh...it's kinda reflective of my mood towards school recently XD...
Russia's manor is a dungeon. Lavish and expansive, yes, but more constricting than the smallest prison cell.
Each day, Lithuania feels as if he's waiting for an execution— it never arrives— but the gut-wrenching fear that precedes such an event does.
Each day, from a deceptive façade comes the unstable demon; sadistic violet eyes alight with unconcealed hunger.
And as another bruise develops on his back, Lithuania stops only once to wonder:
Where is the light?
Does this so-called light even exist?
But then he considers notions like these are futile.
Hope is all but abandoned.
And his imprisonment continues.
