A/N: Hey folks! I felt bad for not posting anything on Sasuke Uchiha's birthday the 23rd of July, so I started writing this poem. Well a lot of stuff happened since last time I posted: my grandfather died, I started a new school and I recently got a girlfriend, so I think I'm excused XD Oh well enjoy! XD
Velvets and ravens, forcefully tucked behind channels of sound,
leaving a rare sight to behold.
Sorrow stains pale cheeks,
as memories rather forgotten resurface.
Onyx melts as a sign of only being human.
Repressing or accepting.
Living in the past or letting go.
You can only choose one, but difficulty is the answer.
Hurting might be a blessing among the lonely,
as it keeps their heart beating.
Hate that once clouded your senses has been cleared by a gust of truth.
As sad as it sounds that is only for a moment,
until the real culprit is revealed,
and hate is something you can't let go of.
Revenge might seem like the only solution for one that has been chasing the past for a lifetime.
Revenge carries only more sadness and sorrow,
but that doesn't seem to matter when you are blinded by lost love.
Once you've had a taste it'll never be the same again without it.
