Day One:
Saturday morning
Beast Boy

Beast Boy was pacing around in his room nervously. What if she rejected him? Valentine's Day was just around the corner, one week away, and Beast Boy had finally gathered up his courage to ask his longtime crush, Raven, on a date. His feelings had been budding slowly for years, so what better time to tell her than on Valentine's Day?

Known as the jokester of the Tower, Beast Boy wasn't always taken seriously. By cracking corny jokes and playing 'harmless' pranks he was young at heart. He had never questioned his seriousness much until now. Beast Boy was afraid Raven would think he was only playing with her emotions. Since she was half-human and half-demon, they were fragile.

He planned to build up on his plan as the days went by. For example: Today, which was Saturday, Beast Boy would leave her a bag of candy hearts and a single rose along with a note. Sure, it sounded pretty puny, but the gifts would get more and more elaborate each day. Also, they came from the heart. His plan had taken two and a half months of planning, so it had been well thought out. He feared his heart breaking more than anything.

'Raven,' he'd written,'this note may seem awkward and unexpected to you, and hopefully I don't cause your emotions to go haywire. I'm also not the best at expressing my feelings, so I hope you can forgive me. The truth is, I have a crush on you. And no, not just a small one. I've actually had feelings for you for about three years now. At first, I was in denial. I wondered how I could have a crush on you, someone who treated me like I was a punching bag. But. . . There is something about you, Raven. Something that makes you different from any other girl I've met before. You were, and still are, so. . . mysterious. . . but not in a bad way. In fact, I find you uniquely beautiful; and I love everything about you, even when I'm punched or slammed into walls when you're enraged. If you think this letter is a joke, it's not. I'm telling the truth; the total, complete, one hundred percent truth. Over the next seven days, I'm going to tell you everything I love about you, one letter at a time. With love, Your Admirer.'

Feeling satisfied with what he'd wrote, Beast Boy did a mini 'victory dance' around his room. But his room was so messy, the floor was covered with dirty clothing, recently eaten food, and who knows what else, he fell, banging his head on the bottom bunk of his bunk bed.
"Okay, bad idea," Beast Boy muttered, rubbing the back of his head with a gloved hand. "I really should clean this place sometime." He looked around. "Nah." Beast Boy grabbed Raven's gifts, and ran out of his door.

Luckily, it was only six a.m, and Beast Boy was sure no other Titan was awake yet. They were all late sleepers, and normally he was, too, but for the next week it was worth it.
Or so he thought.
